Developing Organizations

As our world and environment constantly change, organizations constantly need to move to the next level. We give it a deeper meaning by growing and investing in the primary resource – people - to communicate and create impact around them. Epigone employs a variety of management and coaching tools to create a well designed change within individuals and teams.

Leadership Development

People can move from good to great by stepping up and demonstrating their strengths as leaders. Our goal is to assist in this process, creating a transformation within individuals and by extension, within the organization.

A variety of assessment tools help us draw a full picture of strengths, challenges and blind spots with which an individual needs to cope. A customized development plan along with associated activities is established to address the needs and close the gaps. In-person sessions and workshops are designed to reveal and maximize potential leadership thinking and behaviors. We include both indoor and outdoor activities to create a powerful and lasting experience.

Team buildings

We are all familiar with the idea that people are an essential resource. We take this idea and combine it with enthusiasm and learning. Our team building services focus on skill building (e.g. communication, trust, commitment, and leadership style):

The Bigger Game®: An innovative model that creates a better alignment between employees and the organization, resulting in a new commitment and increased motivation of team members.

Game Changing Leadership®: A one-day workshop that helps group members communicates and leads in an authentic way. It combines indoor and outdoor activities in a supportive environment and is based on having shared group goals. The day is designed with group assignments where each team member is part of the activities.

The most dangerous leadership myth is that leaders are born-that there is a genetic factor to leadership. This myth asserts that people simply either have certain charismatic qualities or not. That's nonsense; in fact, the opposite is true. Leaders are made rather than born.
